If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

・Used items can only be returned if there is damage or a defect that was not described in the product listing.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For returns, customers are required to temporarily pay the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund both the product price and the return shipping cost together.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
For items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion, only the amount the customer paid for the item will be refunded.
If you return an item purchased with a coupon, unfortunately, the coupon cannot be reused.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.
